Vintage Indigo Soft Lightweight Cotton Fabric

A vintage Japanese indigo cotton piece featuring a large chequered design. Originally part of an old kimono, the cloth is lightweight, soft and slightly open in weave, with a gauze-like quality. Years of use have given it a beautifully soft handle, while the indigo has gently faded in places.

It is in good vintage condition with signs of age and use. It has been washed and is ready to use.

Please note that the 160cm total length includes one join (approximately 135cm + 25cm).
